from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) to all of
our authorized distributors and wholesalers who sell
our authentic products. Our warranty policy applies
only to those customers who purchase directly from
dojo (distributors and wholesalers). If you have
purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all
support and warranty issues should be directed to that
dealer. HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM Please contact
the store where your device was purchased, keep your
proof of purchase well in case of needing warranty
service. Checklist Before you submit a warranty claim,
please make sure that you have the following: 1. Date
of purchase is within the 14 days Warranty Period 2.
